The problem you're facing
"Moving to the cloud" often meant "renting machines from a hyperscaler": the bill follows consumption with no ceiling, security depends on configurations nobody reviewed, and dependency on a proprietary ecosystem settles in silently.
Our answer
We start from constraints, security, sovereignty, costs, performance, to design the architecture that fits you: our European cloud, a hybrid cloud, or optimisation of your current one. With teams who administer infrastructure daily, not a self-service portal.
What LaMeDuSe takes care of
- Constraints study and documented target architecture
- Deployment on our European cloud or optimisation of the existing
- Complete automation (IaC) and reproducible environments
- Monitoring, backups and security included
- Predictable billing, no hidden costs
- Reversibility: open formats, export anytime
- Administration and support by Europe-based teams
Our methodology
- 1
Requirements study
Security, compliance, sovereignty, performance and cost: constraints drive the architecture, not the other way round.
- 2
Target architecture
Architecture diagram, sizing, addressing plan and backup strategy documented before the first deployment.
- 3
Progressive rollout
Staged implementation with validation at each step, workload migration and recovery tests.
- 4
Operations & optimisation
Monitoring, capacity management, cost optimisation and planned evolutions.
Relevant technologies
Security
Environment isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, granular access control and centralised logging.
Hosting & infrastructure
Our own cloud operates from datacenters in France, Germany and Switzerland : a sovereign alternative to US hyperscalers.
Maintenance
Continuous monitoring, planned update cycles and the ability to scale without rebuilding.
Why LaMeDuSe
LaMeDuSe operates its own cloud: datacenters in France, Germany and Switzerland, administered by our teams, carrying our own platforms. When we talk about cloud architecture, we talk about the one we pay for and operate ourselves.
Frequently asked questions
No: it's our infrastructure, in datacenters we operate in France, Germany and Switzerland. We control the full chain, hardware to service, which lets us guarantee data location and cost predictability.
No: we also administer AWS environments. But if sovereignty, cost predictability or dependency become topics, we honestly price what a migration to our cloud would change.
Through architecture: redundancy of critical components, 24/7 monitoring, and contractual commitments (SLA) measured by our supervision. Availability is designed, measured and reported : not promised.
You leave: open formats, complete documented export, migration support. Reversibility is contractual : a captive client is a client who no longer chooses us, they just stay.
