The problem you're facing
Your servers run, but nobody really administers them: updates wait, backups go untested, and the disk will fill up some Friday evening. Server administration rests on one person who has other priorities.
Our answer
We administer your servers day to day: patches, hardening, monitoring, tested backups and access management. With a team, not a person: holidays, illness and departures no longer create gaps in operations.
What LaMeDuSe takes care of
- Inventory and documentation of your servers
- Security patches applied within 24 to 48 hours
- Hardening: SSH, firewall, fail2ban, kernel
- Monitoring: availability, resources, services
- Encrypted backups and restore tests
- Access and privileged account management
- On-call support and committed response times

Why LaMeDuSe
Our administrators run the production servers of our own European datacenters : hundreds of machines carrying our platforms and our clients'. Server administration isn't a side job for us, it's the daily routine.
Frequently asked questions
Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL) and Windows Server, physical or virtual, with us, another host or in your premises. Remote administration covers most needs.
Yes: server management is independent of hosting. We administer servers at OVH, Scaleway, AWS or on-premise, with the same monitoring and security standards.
Regular restores to a test environment: an untested backup is not a backup. Frequency and strategy (3-2-1) are defined according to the server's criticality.
Monitoring alerts the on-call team, who intervenes by severity with contractual commitments. You're notified, informed of the analysis and resolution : not woken up for nothing, but never surprised.
