Frequently asked questions
Unmanaged: you administer everything, we provide the machine. Managed: our teams handle the system (hardening, patches, backups, monitoring) and you focus on your application. Both options are available.
Yes: France, Germany or Switzerland. For compliance or latency needs, location matters : it's chosen at order and changeable through migration.
Yes: CPU, RAM and disk upgrades without reinstalling, with a brief interruption at worst. Migration to Kubernetes or a dedicated server is possible when the VPS becomes limiting.
In the managed option, yes: encrypted backups, retention defined together and restore tests. In unmanaged, you handle backups : but we help you set them up if needed.
