Yes. We audit the application (resource needs, dependencies, constraints), migrate it and monitor it. If the source code is available, we can also work on the application itself when needed.
Monitoring alerts us immediately, often before your users notice. Depending on criticality, the application is redundant (automatic failover) or restarted by our teams, with regular communication until recovery.
Encrypted backups, off-site replication and regular restore tests : an untested backup is not a backup. The strategy (frequency, retention) is defined according to the application's criticality.
